Self and wife used to go to a particular place for coffee. It was so good. We found out what brand it was and set out to make it at home. This Lavazza Rossa is really something. Gaggia classic modified!
Although the machine makes good expresso and cappuccino it’s modifications although are an improvement result in vibrations noise when brewing. These noises were quietened by adding self adhesive dampers to the drip tray. A call to Gaggia UK resulted in a solution to buy a metal drip tray at my expense.
