Not quite as easy as you may think to assemble, in fact the first attempt was a right pain, you have to guide 2 clips into each section but one clip always seems to pop out lol the shelf supports which are quite bafflingly not mentioned in the contents list or where they are meant to go but you can figure it out. for the price i would say its not bad at all, time will tell just how good it is but the second one went together a lot quicker. its a relatively easy solution to a storage problem whether in the garage or in the home. Think i will need to fix it to a wall for extra confidence in that it wouldn't tip over and i would never trust 175 kg per shelf lol

received the shelving very quickly which was purchased for storage in the shed. having built several of the same type of shelving got right onto it not expecting issues. how wrong I was. the quality of the framing is apauling and such a thin guage it handles more like tin foil than metal. because of the flimsyness the tabs won't fit in the cutouts without some man handling and prying during which I cut my finger very badly on a sharp edge of the framing. the claims of the weight tolerance is highly dubious and I'm certain the claims of 175kgs per shelf are rubbish. in my opinion there is no way the material of the shelf, nor framing would support such a weight and certainly nothing like the total of 875kg claimed for the unit. dreadful piece of rubbish best avoided. (I never write reviews but feel so strongly about this one I had to review). Read full review

Really strong shelf once I managed to fit it together. To make sure the middle supports stayed in place I bent the lugs over and that seemed to do the trick, Secured to the wall its solid and firm, but I found it harder by far than flatpack furniture, Plan ahead where the shelves are going to be positioned and mark the relevant slots as there are so many its easy not to get them aligned properly, as I found to my cost.. Bye the way the middle shelf supports (x5) are not listed on the parts list, so you think you have extra bits, but they support the middle of the shelves, once in place I bent the lugs over to keep them in. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been such a git to assemble, but there again I am 74 and not as agile as I once was as I once was.

My ratings above apply to the really low price. Basically, you get what you pay for. It feels pretty flimsy when you open the pack, but because of the ingenious folds and creases it's not too wobbly when put together. Assembly is pretty fiddly and irritating as you have to shape each of the slits with a screwdriver to ease the tabs into them. Btw, if you put the lower shelf up a few notches, you get in effect 6 shelves. It's strong enough for what I using it for (storing flowerpots, trays, small bags of spuds, etc) but I wouldn't risk a collection of Meissen figurines on it (if I had one).

Very fiddly to put together & instruction leaflet is a waste of time but when it is constructed it is really sturdy & looks good. I received 5 metal parts but they were not even shown on instruction leaflet. For the life of me i could not think what they would be for & it is fine without them, so maybe they were packed by mistake !! For the price it is really good but a bit time consuming because the shelves keep popping out when you tap the other shelves in. Nuts & bolts would be easier but pleased with the end product.
