Extremely pleased with this tent!
We have been looking for a waterproof tent and this one delivers! We did purchase the additional rain fly to use in case of hard rains of which we had on over the tent at the time of this storm. We went camping and it poured for 18 hours straight. The tent was in 4 inches of water up to just below door zipper. Not one leak floor moved like it was a water bed. No leaks! Set up is easy and takedown can be a bit tricky, don't force it, take your time and all goes well. I am a little concerned about the framework strength but as long as you use care in setting up and take down it has been a great tent for us. Good temt
My kids and I have taken this tent camping twice and I really like it. It’s HUGE. More like a 12 person IMO. We had ample space for my cot and their 3 twin air mattresses with room to spare for a trash can and laundry hamper. I will caution that you need to be gentle during take down and read the instructions on which leg to do first, second, third..... If you don’t do it a specific way the “elbows” get turned the wrong way and it can be quit frustrating as I found out the hard way. Set up is as advertised and my 12 year old and I were able to set it up in about a minute. I can’t comment on the waterproof ness in rain, however, the first time we used it the sprinklers went off and hit our tent full force for about 30 straight minutes from all directions and the tent was dry as a bone inside. So take that for what it’s worth. All in all I really like this tent and would recommend for a family looking to upgrade or just starting to camp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love there style tents
I love these style tents. I am 70 and it takes me a few minutes to set it up and take it down by myself. The 8 man tent is a little heavy to carry for me. Great Tent
Love it. We put two cots 7' long, one is 40" wide the other 30" wide which gives us a few feet between them and about 4' or so on the end to put in a chair. Plenty of room to get around inside. I'm 6' tall and don't even come close to hitting the ceiling. We had a light rain one night, and it didn't leak a drop. Didn't by the rain fly because it's supposed to be rain proof already.
