Wrong size chain sent
Mine came with a 16 inch chain when I ordered and received a longer bar. Could but should not have to cost me about 25 bucks to correct via a big box store. I imagine that I will like it better when I can use it. Been brand-loyal for over 20 years.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It took a couple of tries, but we got it working.
After going to Lowe’s and buying a new plug, new chain, premixed fuel and chainsaw chain lubricant the chainsaw starts, but the drive gear won’t turn the chain faster than a crawl. I called support and removed the bar and chain and could see the chain drive spinning correctly. Reinstalled bar and chain and it works correctly. That first cold start is a bear, but once it’s warm it fires right up.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great smooth saw

Great small saw
Good saw I have used it to cut down small trees on our land. Came on time added gas and bar oil and it started right up. I did have to adjust the carb setting is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But I live at 5000 ft so it's kind of expected, once i did that it ran perfect. Good bet
I took a chance and bought this saw and also ordered a new carb kit for 7 bucks. Out of the box, it wouldn’t start. I could see where the carb screws had been turned. I removed the crank rope, clamped the saw down, and put a drill on the flywheel to turn it over. Started cranking and turning screws and finally cranked. Then I was able to smooth it o and adjust idle. 180 bucks for a new 350 dollar husky. I’ll take it.

Great deal
Much more affordable than buying new! I'm a loyal Husqvarna customer and bought this saw knowing that it's NOT the commercial grade like the XP's. If you expect a beast of a chainsaw then buy the Husqvarna XP line.
