This product was prescribed for my elderly mother after cataract procedure. She was unable to open the sachet, remove the tip of the single use tube or squeeze a drop out. The tube tip is very hard to remove, I also had trouble and it's very hard to hold and squeeze as it's slippery, awkward shape and hard plastic. This is another unfortunate example of poorly designed packaging that is not fit for use by the elderly. The hospital nurse said they have many complaints and as a result we had to have a nurse visit 4 times a day to administer the drops, she is able to administer the other product drops herself. Please redesign packaging.
