If I hadn't been told, I wouldn't have known this flour was out of date and: . . . as because of this it was a very good price, I consider it an excellent buy. It was only a few months out of date & I don't think it matters too much with flour, unless it has been badly stored?In this case, no sign of weevils, damp or a rancid smell.
