Induction saucepans
I researched considerably before I choose this set of Salter cream pans. I've used them few times and they all work well on all the rings on my AEG induction hob. Overall I'm pleased with them and given the price of some others I was looking at, these are good value. They're easy to clean and I don't put them in the dishwasher, and they cook as a ceramic pan should. That said there a couple of things worth considering: the depth of the saucepans are shallower than my old set and I've had to use the two largest pans to boil potatoes when I had to cook for 5/6 people. The frying pans don't have lids but one of the saucepan lids does fit one of the frying pans. I've already got marks on the inside base of both the frying pans..my own fault as both were left with the heat on its highest setting without anything in them ..and me not checking! The handles have not discoloured. Due to my burning of the frying pans I'm not sure how long they will last but the saucepans still look as good as new!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not very durable.
I've used mine for 2 weeks now. In this time, the pan handles have scorched a little and give off a smell. Also, a vigorous scrub whilst washing up has taken the coating off on the outside of the pan in a small area. I've used these on gas jobs and haven't had them on full blast, quite the opposite. I wonder what state they'll be in, in a year's time. Ok for 50 quid but it's all down to economies of scale. If you can afford copper pans, then go for them. These certainly won't last too long.

Good set of induction saucepans
I am really pleased with this saucepan set, which looks good. It was very good value for money. I am new to induction hobs and have just had mine fitted, so I haven't done much cooking yet, but am pleased with the results so far. However, I'm finding my induction hob has trouble detecting the small saucepan, whether empty or full, yet it detects the small frying pan which is lighter - an anomaly I am looking into.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lightweight and non stick

Salter pan set
Pans look great smaller than I thought and unfortunately the smallest doesn't work on my induction hob it was advertised as 16cm but the base measures only 14cm.I checked sizes before ordering as my hob says the smallest saucepan you can use is 16cm.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best pan set I’ve ever had
Iam very satisfied with this product , good make , non stick pans as stated , very easy to clean saves me time no scrubbing or soaking . The pans are very good quality ,and for excellent value . The sizes of the pans are reasonable not too large or small . . Definitely last for many years plus it’s in cream colour which goes well in my kitchen . Ceramic pans
I have watched these for a few months never sure whether to buy or not. I'm so glad I did. They look fab in the kitchen and cook so well. They are easy to clean and nothing has stuck...it literally does slide out. Cooked my omelette tonight with no oil or butter and it was yummy. Value for money
I recently moved and could not use my saucepans on the new hob the found out you had to have special pans for induction hobs.
