"Exceptional Machine... with "A Very Well Thought-out Design.....!!!!!.
I've had a number of Carpet Washers over the years. Both large & small & various makes. How much I've paid for them is immaterial. So I've diversified to my satisfaction. Without a doubt the VAX 800 CVCPV011 Wins hands down. Light, Compact, and Highly Movable its a joy to use......!!!! For me. "Gone are the days of struggling with heavy super powered units that seem to just make a lot of noise don't perform half as much". OK you have to refill more often. But the way the machine is designed makes it is so easy to that. Everything on this machine has been carefully thought out at the design stage and I simply cannot fault it. I bought mine for £99.99. For that sort of money its an astonishing deal. But I wouldn't mind paying a whole lot more for it if and when I'm in the marked to buy another machine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good little cleaner with a complicated cleaning phase.
Excellent little machine to clean carpets and rugs. Simple to get ready for use. Very disapointing when cleaning come to an end. The cleaning ot the machine is complicated and will put off cleaning lots of owners. Good lightweight product
Once I'd downloaded the user manual, it was fairly easy to assemble the cleaner. However, for some reason, there is nothing to secure the handle into the main body of the machine so it just pulls out. I managed to solve this by wrapping the power cable around the holding clips a couple of times which in turn holds the handle in place when the machine is being used. Well worth the money
Over the past few years I have bought so many branded carpet cleaners paid high prices too. I have to say this is the best of the best I have ever had. Highly recommended. So light and easy to use. Small and compact
This is a good little carpet washer, suitable for light carpet cleaning, and instant spills, I tried it on a dried tea stain under the sofa and although got some of the stain out it didn’t completely remove it, it did bring the pile back up on my wool carpet and definitely refreshed the rest. It didn’t leave the carpet as dry as suggested and I went over it numerous times, it took over night to really dry but this might be because the carpet was wool, but it did what I wanted it to do and would purchase again for the priceVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Lightweight and compact and easy to use.
Great little machine which I'll use a lot, doing a bit each day. You have to refill the tank quite often to do a big carpet but it's great for freshening up rugs. My house is small with lots of nooks and crannies, so its narrow footprint can get in most places. It doesn't suck as much water out of the carpet as my big old heavy machine but the carpet was dry by the end of the day. Well worth it
I love this machine. It's light enough for me to be able to move it around and it seems to work as well as the much larger, heavier and more expensive ones. Because it's so light and easy to handle it doesn't seem like a major chore getting it out to clean the carpets. The one downside is cleaning it afterwards, Mostly that's ok , but it is slightly irritating having to unscrew a lot of screws to remove the brush to clean it, but it's doable. The filter is easily removable for cleaning which is a plus. It seems to throw out quite a lot of fluff from the carpets, but that isn't a huge problem, and i daresay it will lessen- I have only had it a week or two when writing this, but I've already cleaned a number or rugs and carpets. A damaged box wouldn't have worried me anyway, but I was surprised that even the box seemed OK to me- didn't seem damaged.
