Don’t bother
Granted is a cheap option but even so, for JVC who have made TVs for years you’d like to think it would be decent. It is painful and terrible quality. 1. To connect the stands you need to use the screws provided to create a thread within the tv, this causing the plastic to snap within the tv and the stand, absolutely horrendous how JVC thought this was a good idea. 2. I continuously have issues with the hdmi sockets, I know it’s not the cables as I have experimented with lots of them, they simply just don’t want to even acknowledge a cable, shocking... Wouldn't buy another one.
Everything's good about it apart from 1 thing...The stand-by...It doesn't work after being off for a while...You have to un plug it and plug it in again for it to work again...Don't understand why it hasn't got a on/off button...Would save you from pulling the plug if it had one...Seems crazy to keep putting the plug in and out to watch the thing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Problem in standby.
When this TV is in standby, trying to turn it on using the remote (supplied), it doesn't work. You have to unplug the TV, then re-plug it in then it works with the remote. I have tried changing the batteries in the remote with no change. Once the TV is on the remote works fine, (not sure if this is a problem with the remote or the TV).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value, Excellent sound and picture.
Very clear picture and excellent sound. I had a problem getting an external hard disk to record from the TV and tried 3 - 1TB, 2TB and a USB stick. Finally I found that a 32GB USB stick will work. So bear this in mind if you are purchasing USB storage for the TV. It does not like high storage. Now it is working well in all respects and although I bought it as a second TV, it is better than my main one so am using it daily. Recommended. Should have spent more.
Maybe it's just me but even following the "quick" set up had real issues, even called my ISP who checked the service for me, did eventually get it set up. Not happy
The legs don't fit. Screws won't tighten so whole TV tilts dangerously. As I have a cat that sleeps behind the TV not willing to risk a squashed fur baby .
