It's worth it!
This is the third Speedbox that I've purchased for my three ebikes with Bosch motors. My most recent has a Bosch Gen4 motor, so the speedbox is a little more expensive & comes with a few more features. Very easy to fit but you'll need a crank puller to remove the L/H crank out of the way.
