My last Tower pressure cooker lasted around thirty years so I was apprehensive about a new one. This cooker is well built, easy to use and functions well. The slow progress of letting out the steam at the end of cooking is a little frustrating to me as on my old one I lifted the weight and the steam was out in seconds, but I understand we now live in a world of health and safety so I will adapt..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
