It's a capo Jim, but not as we know it
Allows styles of open tuning yet to be explored. This one was bought for a particular project, thankfully finished. Having worked out the principle on which it operates, it does what it does very well. It's one of those items to have about if only as a conversation piece if you don't play celtic music.
