As per title, I've used Nelsons Burns Ointment for decades. As kids, Pops always had a good stock of homeopathic medicines. Into adulthood I've also sworn by the burns ointment and many other remedies. Since the Nelsons Ointment has become HTF: as rare as rocking-horse poop, I've needed an alternative as good or better. This Acriflex is definitely as good and I am happy to recommend. I'd prefer to use a homeopathic remedy but this Acriflex is effective and now trusted. One thing to note is, be careful around white/ pale coloured clothing, I've noticed a yellow-ish cast on my skin where I put the Acriflex, it may transfer/ stain?

Discovered this cream on eBay and after reading the reviews thought I would try a tube as I'm a chef and burning myself is an occupational hazzard. To be honest I didn't really hold out much hope that it would be much good....... WRONG, this stuff is amazing. Splashed boiling sauce up my arm and after rinsing off in cold water slapped some Acriflex on the by now blistering burn. Instantly took the sting out of the burn and within 12 hours the blistering had vanished and I was only left with a red mark and zero pain. Already ordered another tube for home use.
