My only complaint is before I bought it, I read that it is not suppose to color your sound, but it does in my opinion. This is a fantastic transparent compressor. I was looking for something to rein in the peaks, and this does it very smoothly with very little, if any, coloration. On low settings, it does the job invisibly. If you turn it way up, you can still get that bluesy attack for leads. You can adjust the EQ for balance or effect.
