like Ronseal - does what it says on the tin! A good product.
Initially I was unsure whether this was actually the fluxite which was rebranded but having used it I am convinced it is the same product. used it with tinsmans solder to do a complex job soldering steel parts or a vintage motorcycle and it worked very well giving a good flow to the solder and good adhesion to the base metal.

Great to be able to get this tradition flux in a small tin. Better in small tins than large. The tobacco tin size I had before rusted through. So I ended up fluxing with iron oxide as well. Thanks!

Great old school Flux
Needed an active Flux for a tricky soft soldering job.Used to use Fluxite years ago and so bought this renamed (and poss reformulated) flux. Works fine.Take care to clean off once job finished and keep clear of any cuts or grazes !!
