I have used about 4 or 5 ab toners in the past as I am disabled and struggle to get exercise the conventionable way. Every one before has been a pain in the rear as the batteries run down so quick., this is mains powered so can be used constantly without having battery trouble. As well as the mains power it is also simple to use and does a fantastic job., after a couple of weeks you can see the difference and feel the difference. Clothes fit better and I have more energy than before. I would recommend this to anyone!!
