Batteries must not be disposed of by household waste. They are legally obliged to return old batteries so that professional disposal can be guaranteed. You can hand over old batteries at a municipal collection point or on site. We are also obliged to withdraw old batteries as distributors of batteries, whereby our withdrawal obligation is limited to old batteries of the species that we have conducted or conducted as new batteries in our range. You can therefore either send it sufficiently frankly to us or deliver it directly to our shipping camp under the address specified in the imprint listed free of charge. Batteries are marked with the symbol of a crossed trash can (SU). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be added to household waste. In batteries that contain more than 0.000.
Still on the expensive side. The communication kit does exactly what it says on the box.
I was surprised how clear the calls are and how good the noise isolation is from the microphone. Some callers did not even realise I was on the bike during their calls.
The button layout is easy enough to remember. In fact, at first I was a bit worried that I would not remember how to access the setting or options but the layout does make sense, once you initially use it. It might prove a problem with winter gloves though. The buttons are kinda small and you rely on touch feedback to find where the buttons are.
I cannot yet comment on rider to rider comms at distance. I’ve always used it with a pillion. Sharing music, talking while listening your own music is easily done. When you open the rider to rider coms your music volume level drops a bit (approx 10-20%) then as soon as the other person talks the music switches to the background allowing you to hear the other rider (passenger in my case), the same thing happens when I speak. As soon as they or you stop taking the music comes back to the foreground. When you close the rider to rider link your music goes back to its original volume.
Music volume is good and music clarity is good as well. There is some bass. It can get too loud in town driving 20mph and is well loud enough on the motorway with a wind-noisy helmet. It adapts to your speed or noise level from the road (I’m not sure which) though more often than not, the volume automatically goes a too high for my preference. I am usually left constantly turning the volume down when I go between to high (40-70 mph ) to low speeds (below 40 mph) .
Another personal gripe; I might sell it to get the 4x. Simply because the ability to answer calls hands free or lunch commands hands free was a feature I thought I would not need. As I am almost always on calls or listening to that song I love to skip it would have been more convenient to do it without my hands leaving the handlebars. Taking my hands off the bike to accept/ end a call or skip tracks in traffic is more dangerous than I anticipated. Often, I have to let the call end then have Siri ring back because it’s not safe to be riding one handed when a call or unwanted song comes through. Speaking about Siri. It understands every time, even on the motorway in a noisy helmet.
All in all. Is a good product and I can recommend it if you need one. I think for Bluetooth units they are all over priced! But this one works well.
