Live Blues at its beat
One of the best live albums from the Blues Rock era I have heard. Better than The Who’s Live at Leeds in my opinion. Eric Clapton at his best supported by Bobby Whitlock’s wonderful keyboard and a tight driving rhythm section. There are some great tracks Got to get better in a little while, Blues Power, Let it Rain, Tell the truth etc. The sound quality is excellent for live recordings circa 1970. The 2 tracks from the Johnny Cash show are an unnecessary addition though, A great album, well worth £11.
