Cerumol loosens the hard wax and makes removal easier. The loosened ear wax may then clear from the ear by itself or be removed by gently syringing. More than one application may be necessary when the ear is severely impacted.

Great Product
Great product which did the job of softening the wax so that it could be easily flushed out of the ear canal using a DIY ear irrigation kit

Not what you expect
This isn't the product advertised but a different Cerumol product. The active ingredients are different and you can get this type of Cerumol cheaper elsewhere.

I had long standing problems with my ear canals being blocked and tried various other drops, e.g. olive oil, which were not much help. This new formula from Cerumol works very well for me.

A good product.
Wasn't quite as successful as I hoped but I wear a hearing aid which prevents wax loss. So I need the surgery which is closed for ear syringing. Would still purchase again though.
