As the saying goes, "it does what it says on the tin" & without inflicting any damage to the skin whatsoever:) Just dab the rollerball (initially onto clean skin) where the spot is, (whether it'just starting as a tiny itchy lump under skin or a full blown pimple), as many times a day as you like.
