Overpriced
The only reason I purchased this fan was as a replacement for the same make/model fan that I installed 8 years ago. The plastic electric motor housing of that fan disintergrated. I was was very disappointed with that one. I have another three fans I installed at the same time and I'm hoping that they don't suffer the same fate. They are very expensive for what they are.

Poor extraction.
Disappointed with this fairly expensive extractor fan. Having been without a fan for a couple of weeks,and then fitting this, I could hardly see or feel the difference. Hardly any suction and now wondering why I bothered.
