Not Plug and play
I purchased this for my mk1 focus with a kenwood head unit,after reading the description and got to this quote "Plug and play, no cutting of wires required" i thought it was just what i wanted as i wanted something easy to install without any trouble. After contacting the company they assured me this would work (no mention of cutting wires). I got the unit and installed it and it didnt work,after receiving a message from the company they said i had to cut 2 wires and join one to make the unit work !!! This is very misleading to the customer in my eyes,you buy a product that is "Plug and play, no cutting of wires required" and after paying and receiving the item it's not true,im not competent in doing such things and ended up getting someone else to do it. I had many messages to the company and they say its a easy job (its only easy if you know what to do) they didn't mention once that there listing says "Plug and play, no cutting of wires required" but when you get it its the opposite. I'm giving the unit 5 stars as it does work well but the company will get a negative for not stating the truth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Control Adaptor For FORD Focus
This wiring kit makes everything easier and is a nice tidy solution too, the only problem i ran into was after fitting the wires it did not work, a quick phone call to them and problem solved, the three looped wire on the patch lead the green wire needs cutting for an Alpine Unit job done.
