Easy application
I have only recently received this product and found it easy to apply using a brush though one needs to be aware that it will drip over areas to which it is not intended. Cover up those areas before applying. I used it on a window lintel after it had been refurbished to fill in cracks etc. I will not know how really effective this product is until it has substantial rain on it. Really good & cheaper than other brands
I couldn't get hold of a brand of patio sealant I'd previously used, so bought this instead. Wow, it's really good. Easy to apply with a roller or brush. Watery & milky on application, so it goes a long way. Drying time in an hour on warm day. Leaves a glossy protective sheen over the patio slabs which is what I wanted. i don't know did it do any good ?
i had a problem with damp a few yeas ago ,i have used this twice on all the out side brick walls twice but i have also changed many other issues for instance i use a tumble dryer in stawed of drying things on radiators ,does it work ,i dont know ,i hope so as its not cheap .and i have used it and applied it twice ,,i dont have an issue with damp now ,but i really have changed alot of other things to prevent damp occurring ,will i buy it again will i applie it again ,i bloody hope i wont have too lolVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

The best patio seal by far
Easy to apply, quick drying and water based. I have tried a few products over the years and this easily the best. I have wide mortar gaps in between sandstone paving and these need repointing all too regularly. I have discovered that if I brush in a dry cement/sand mix, lightly spray with patio seal to (pre) set it, then work more patio seal into the semi-set mix (so it fully sets with seal rather than water), the resulting mortar sets like iron. It does the job
If you hate having to scrub or jet wash your patio (which doesn’t do it any good in the long run) regularly this sealer is just the job. It goes on like milk but once dried forms a protective coat against dirt attaching itself to the stonework. First encountered this stuff after a lon...
First encountered this stuff after a long repointing job that threw up a number of quandaries thanks to the handmade bricks used. Some were so porous that they acted like sponges. Tried the Waterseal, giving everything 3 coats, and it worked like a charm. Bricks protected, house definitely warmer as a result. Give everything an annual top-up coat (even though it doesn't really need it) just to be on the safe side. Easy to apply; I use a brush. Good stuff.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sceptical....but!
