No more guessing
Only used once so far. Haven't tried all the features just the one telling me the internal temp of the meat. As far as I'm concerned that's all I need/want. The length of the probe leads allow me to insert the probe, close the lid, and rest the unit on the side grill tray. TADA !

Great for grilling!
I have used a small Thermopro thermometer for years in my kitchen and it has worked perfectly. However, using it on my gas grill is difficult because of the grill's heat. This Thermopro dual probe unit is great because I can use one thermometer for the doneness of the meat, and the other probe for the temperature of the grill, which are both quite important for successful grilling.

Bought on sale and works - but not at the suggest range of up to 650 ft. maybe 150 ft.... but that's enough for me... I somehow missed this was a rechargeable device... I would have prefered AA batteries...
