TRX tops in functional fitness
As a Fitness Professional I have used TRX suspension straps for years in many different settings. There are very few muscle groups that cannot be worked with the TRX system and the fact that the core must be engaged in virtually every exercise makes this a real value for a home exercise program. Use them wherever you can hang them and work out outside, in your home, or at your gym. Yes, they are expensive, but with a 400 lbs. weight capacity and seriously heavy duty webbing and stitching, they will last a long time under heavy use. Yes, TRX seen expensive, but with this kit you get 2 DVD s, charts, the whole package just like the military. This is far and away better than their regular product as you get more bang for your buck. At under the 200.00 regular price, you get the whole kit for instead of just the commercial style trainer.
