A fair fryer ,better than most and.good quality material
It will not heat up to more than 350 f and it should have the square basket included in the 1000 model , other wise a good fryer. i REGRET NOT BUYING the next mode up.

Waring semi pro.
It does not have a cover available for it when it’s not in use. The knob controls are not nearly as nice as the next unit up line. Recommend buying the next unit up the line.
