Worthwhile vision supplement, I think ...
I study vitamins and supplements. I don't believe in just swallowing pre-packaged mixtures of just-in-case-of-whatever, but if something seems to have a compelling reason behind it I add it to my regimen and keep it there as long as it seems valid (and doesn't produce any ill effects. Lutein and zeanthanin ( hope I spelled that right) seem valid in that regard. And I don't believe in megadoses - of any supplements - and this mix has extra vitamins but nothing in extraordinary doses. Fits my bill for a vision supplement, and I've been using it for about a year.
