had no hot water, found the valve was not working not allowing water heat the cylinder. Checked the valve and discovered the synchronous motor was knackered. Bought this replacement motor fitted it and hey pesto Hot water. Wife well happy. The item was delivered within a few days, so I can say I ws more than happy with this service and product Thanks
