Doesn't stop foreign scammers
It seems a perfectly good cordless phone, and it can stop "number withheld" scam calls originating in the UK (which the free TPS service should stop anyway). It also enables you to create a "black list" of phone numbers you don't want to hear. I just looked at the box and the instruction book but they don't say how many numbers you can block. However it does not stop calls where there is no phone number displayed because they are from other countries, as is the case for most of the scam calls I get. I searched through the instructions and then called the maker's helpline in case I was doing something wrong, but it does not have this ability. I find this disappointing and next time I am looking for a phone I will specifically check it can block foreign calls.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
