Sharp edge, went through a slice of medium rare Aberdeen Angus in a heartbeat. Comfortable in my quite long hands, has a nice weight to it as well. Quality fine! Would buy again. My mum wants them now.

Steak knife?
I thought a steak knife was a sharp knife designed to cut meat. These are nothing like that. They are the same as most knives supplied with standard cutlery and certainly no sharper.
