Better than rabbit ears
I purchased this item shortly after spending about $8.99 on the cheapest rabbit ears at Walmart. I was hoping for the 50+ channels someone claimed to have gotten. I got 19, but each channel is crystal clear. I also got 19 with rabbit ears but several of those only worked part of the time or were partially scrambled. All-in-all, I'm satisfied. Presumably, I might be able to get more channels by moving the antenna around, but since irt comes with sticky backing, I don't want to move it and cause the backing to lose stickiness. Easy to hook up and we do get digital TV. However, we only get about 15 channels, we were expecting more. It may not be the antennas fault. My husband is going to extend the connection cord so we can put it in a window, to see if we get more channels. We live in a semi-rual area and that may be why we don't pick up as many channels as we were expecting. I live 12 miles outside of Dallas and refuse to use cable. I bought one of these little antennae about 10 years ago and wore it out because for some stations I would have to move it around. I looked and looked for a replacement and tried others and returned them. Who would think that something like this would work so well.
