Was recommended I take these to help prevent reoccurring UTIs as they contain vitamin c cranberry and lactobacillus acidophilus all good for this problem. Wont get rid of infection but taken when not got one def helps stop further ones coming. Urologist suggested taking a cranberry and kinesiologist recommended the Cran Flora plus Ester -C
