I absolutely love this pillow although I just received it I haven't woke up with a headache which I believe are caused from my neck. I have fibromyalgia and tend to not sleep very well at night, woke every hour but with this pillow I actually slept. I have already recommended it to several people and I will keep recommending it. Quite flat pillow

Actually works!
I wasn't sure about this, but it really works for me and has drastically reduced the headaches I used to wake with. I find it nicely firm and I don't like a huge pillow: it stops my head going back and straining the neck muscles which results in headache. It even works when sleeping on one side, which I was rather doubtful about. Given how inexpensive this is, I was not expecting great things but it is well finished and robust.
