I got this thinking it would be packed full of exercises, routines, diet and meal tips.... in fact there is only one set plan in it that yes, is pretty good and I’m sure if you follow could help. But about 70% of the book is just motivational stories and “I’ve come from here to here” stories. After reading 2 or 3 it was so boring and repetitive.
I’d buy a different book if I’d of known this. I have the motivation already hence why I bought the book! I’d say 10-15% of the book was useful.
