Makes a difference
Noting that the Europeans recommend doses of only 1mg, I cut the tablets in half. As a night shift worker, sleep is often a challenge, both getting to sleep quickly and staying asleep. Taking 1.5mg 30-60 minutes before bedtime has made a huge difference. I get to sleep always within 10-15 minutes of going to bed and I stay soundly asleep, usually waking up just before the alarm, rested and alert.
