I was looking to complete a Tools of the Trade set that I already have. What I really needed was 1 10 qt. stock pot but found none available. So I purchased the 12 qt. and love it! It is the same great quality as the rest of my set. It cooks evenly and cleans up very nicely! The finish inside is what matters to me. If it is not smooth enough, food & stains can get caught in the grooves. That doesn't happen with this pot!
