I purposely bought this oven to bake biscuits, . . . but of course it is much more versatile than just that. Out of the box, I lightly washed it just to make sure there weren't any nasty germs waiting to attack me, . . . then I lightly greased it up, . . . made a pan of biscuits in it. They turned out great, . . . that was THE test, . . . it passed with flying colors. I plan on passing it down through the family, . . . simply because I'll never wear it out.
