I Highly Recommend this Shark Cartilage
Years back I read some negative info on the Glucosamine and Chondroitin I was taking, mostly focused on blood sugar issues. I also read and researched shark cartilage, researched local health stores, ultimately deciding I could not afford it. Later I found this affordable and very effective Puritan Pride shark cartilage and have used it a few years now, noting I like it much better. The capsule is easier to take, no blood sugar issues, it's GF and the list of reasons goes on. No Side Effects....
I can't yet prove its benefit to my knees, since, having taken shark cart. supplements before, they take time to work. But, I have, in 30 days or so, not had any side effects from taking this brand. That is my only justification for being able to give it a "thumbs up". Really helps my joint pain
Have used P.P. shark cartilage to help w/my achy joints, (knees, esp.), for about 15-20 yrs. now & it helps tremendously. Doesn't COMPLETELY eliminate pain, but I can certainly tell a difference if & when I don't take it.
