A Real Surprise
Bought this because my earlier purchase performed so badly. What a difference this turned out to be. Great temp control, large heat sink, fast to reach temperature and maintain it accurately. Easy to cook fish, potato and other foods. Large capacity basket for man meals or family size. Now I understand why restaurants can turn out the food they do. Wish I had known about this before I bought my previous deep fat fryer. Absolutely recommended !!
