Poor quality rubber inserts fail to grip.
The unit is fairly solid but the rubber inserts for both the presta and schraeder valves are of such poor quality that they cease to grip after a couple of months. Better to buy a car pump head and brass adapter for presta.

an OK pump head
It works fine but my only gripe is that the lever operation is counter intuitive in that you have to pull the lever out rather than push it in when attached to the valve. This means you put a lot of side pressure on the valve head and, whilst I haven't done so yet, there is a danger you could break off the valve from the tube.

Could fit a little tighter
Fitted onto the old pump tube just fine but doesn’t grip a schrader valve very tightly. Still works but there’s a bit of leakage as you get above about 50psi, which isn’t an issue for me. Haven’t tried on a presta valve.
