Okayish!
They do give a slight metallic finish,but bear this in mind; They are very hard leads so you need to softly build the tone up otherwise you'll end up going through the paper. It also helps to have a very sharp point to get a darker edge. The colours are subtle not bright,even the gold needs a brown or orange edge highlight to give a gold feel. Worth the effort or for someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune on pencils they may not like!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor
These pencils are poor quality. The wood splits when you sharpen them leaving them completely useless. I am also struggling to see any difference in the grades at all. I have had graded pencils before and the grading is normal obvious. You get what you pay for and I will be investing in a more expensive set. Good pencils but broken leads
At first everything was fine. But then when the pencils went blunt and when I sharpened them the lead kept falling out. This happened continuously until the pencils were short. No matter how carefully I sharpened them the lead would fall out and I would have to start again. Metallic??
These are nice enough pencils in a very limited range of colours. I may be going barmy but they don't seem metallic to me.
