This product is excellent i have been using daily for the past 2years. Had problems with piles for many years nothing ever worked that the Doctors prescribed until they let me know about Pilex . I have had no pain, discomfort, and itching since I started taking this on a daily basis. Started off with 6 a day for 2 weeks then took 4 a day for another 2 weeks. And after that always 2 a day. For my issues I have had no pain and discomfort after the first couple of weeks but continued with Doctors prescription. I have not stopped as I feel that this keeps all the swelling down I have had no problems or flare ups in 2 years.
