Head set head and shoulders above the rest.
The flat lead resists tangling. The sound quality is good. The rubber loop holds them in my ears firmly and comfortably, even when eating or talking. They do not block my ears like most "in ear" head sets. This makes them comfortable and I hear myself normally when I am talking. The mute button makes them great for conference calls. I use these in very noisy environments and I can hear and be heard. I work in IT and from time to time I am have a telephone conversation while I am in a data centre, these make that easy. How I wish there was a bluetooth headset which was so usable. I wish everything Blackberry did was so good.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cannot get better especially for the price
Exactly as good as i remember them to be. I these headphones by blackberry would be described as cheap in price and at the lower end of the market in terms of design and functionality......with that in mind they easily hold their own when compared to many of the high end desighner brands that are on the market today both in terms of clarity and volume. I have tried lots of differnet brands of headphones and these are by far the best. I will be ordering a few more pairs, as i am sure that these Blackberry heaphones will soon be discontinued.....(i sound like my Dad here) but just like most of basic things that 'just work' as you need them to, minus the bells and whistles, they will be replaced by sleek designed bluetooth....connnects to everything, with an app for your smartphone heaphones with a whole heap of unnecessary fancy functions and a price tag to match lol :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice ear buds for the price, buy two (at least).
It is very nice headset for the price, the sound quality is clear and fits nicely in my ears for phone conversations. I played some 24 bit music on the BB phone and it sounded perfect. The parcel also comes with extra ear bud rubber attachments to hold the speakers in the ear, so I can hear even better. The most reliable wired headset ever.
Very cheap, but sound and build quality beats the EUR 25+ category headsets as well. Rubbered flat wiring makes it eternal and rubbered earpads are always stay in place. I bought a second unit just in case, but still using my original set for 4 years without any problems.
