Great pan, but the handles aren't heatproof
The pan works really well. I've already used it to make stews as well as a paella. Picks up heat well and also keeps heat well. One massive downside is that the handles aren't heatproof. This would've been a deal breaker had I seen that in the description. But you get used to it after a while I suppose. Also. the base of the pan will change color after first use. I read about the product and I will informed that this is totally normal. I made a lovely chicken and dried apricot stew with olives. The pan did a great job.
