Excellent Holiday Feeder
I was delighted with the quality compared to similar products I have had in the past. For the price it is excellent. As a holiday fish feeder it cannot be faulted. The timer compartment with a clear door is very helpful and well constructed. Despite the instructions it is easy and straightforward to set up. The only improvement I would like to see is for the sloping feeder shelf to be covered to stop rain settling and inviting clogging. This is easily rectified with some polythene and gaffer tape. Automatic fish feeder
Was Well made and good value for money within its limitations . I would only recommend it if it included the warning that in wet weather that floating fish pellets get stuck on the eject shute and clog it up .It really needs to be built in under cover and kept dry to ensure 100 % successful operation all of the time. Bad design
The designers need to have a rethink, Out of the box it is not suitable for feeding when going on holiday. Problem 1. Any moisture on the shoot and the food pellets stick ( see photo 1 and 2) Sadly it rains a lot in England...... My first band aid fix see photo 4 Problem 2. Even having covered the shoot I found that the slope is not sufficient and the food was sticking at the back. My second band aid fix see photo 3 I have raised the back of the feeder to increase the angle on the shoot and now it seems to work ok. Due delivery problems I did not have sufficient time to return and arrange a replacement before my holiday, so now I am stuck with it.

pellet dispenser a waste of time
this dispenser is a waste of time, the thing is impossible to programme , the instructions are poor, I could only get it to give a small dose of food once a day, the slope for delivery needs a cover to keep the slope dry otherwise the food sticks and doesn't get to the fish, a real dissapointment . a complete waste of money, also have doubts about the weather resistance the word absolute RUBBISH comes to mind...rhVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

quality fair but needing modification

Works well, a little tricky to set up first time.
I recommend you get someone to read out instructions as you tap them in and it is simpler to understand. In wet weather it also needs a spout cover as some food sticks to it but a little home made cover works ok. It works with pellets or sticks no problem.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
