On first arrival of the grill it looked very attractive. Nicely finished and very rigid, obviously very good build quality. The lower tabs fitted reasonably well but not a tight fit and were very difficult to push into place. The top fixings were easier to attach using the original fixings but the fixing points were not positioned precisely to match the mounting points, this meant overall the new grill looked better than the original but was impossible to level and get an even lines all around. Looks great just difficult to get looking right but I don’t know if this varies with vehicle makes and models.
DO NOT FIT ONE OF THESE GRILLS , YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!
I fitted it to my Chrysler Crossfire, when fitted it looked crude, looked cheap and chintze, so I removed it in order to refit the original but found the rough edges of the Kunsport grill had damaged the top of the bumper this had to be repainted at a cost of £80 before the original grill could be refitted, I am a car body worker so this was not attributed to error on my part , Not happy but a lesson learned!!, Jim
If you don`t want to damage paintwork read the instructions !!
I have no Cons , just follow the instructions and use a little common sense . Yes the top fixing lugs did not line up with the original fixing , I just made sure the grill lined up and square with the front of the vehicle then drilled new holes and used short stainless self tapping screws , job done.
Vast improvement over the faded original grill , fitting time just under one hour.
