Upgrading to the 1248 avb was a good decision
I was using the motu 2408mk3 for years with good results until the 424 card failed. Upgrading to the 1248 avb was a good decision. The frequency representation particularly in the lower frequencies is phenomenal, clear and accurate. The learning curve can be a little frustrating when it comes to the on board mixer which is required to monitor your signal while recording. Once you overcome that its a joy to use. Very versatile. If I were to make a suggestion of improvement I would add another adat light pipe input and output. But thats just me. Many may not use that muchVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
