Certainly an improvement on the wine kits of old, these kits come with concentrated juice, flavouring, finings, oak chips, yeast and instructions.... Follow them and you will have a tasty wine in one week Just be careful when adding the finings to not stir them in, just trickle the finings in and VERY gently stir..... I marked it down one star purely because of the price, a bit expensive but still cheaper than bottled wine.

Extremely rapid fermentation, unlike anything I've seen before! Clearing was very quick but the finished product lacks any recognizable flavour (supposedly Chardonnay) just a sweetish liquid. You get what you pay for....... won't be buying it again.
