Good but a bit slow
Even with maximum, upgraded RAM, it is still much slower than my IMAC, which now is 10 years old. It's a good unit and doesn't require a lot of twiddling, but Windows has been and is an unpleasant environment. That is not the fault of the PC, just the operating system. Perhaps there will be an upgraded OS that will be quicker and less hostile.

Easy and cost effective computer fix!
Great seller!!! Great deal!!! I purchased this unit to replace my old Dell 660 that has hard drive issues. Since the failing computer was mainly used by my husband for games and web access, I didn't care about restoring files to it. The cost of this computer was less than buying a new hard drive to replace the dying one. And much, much easier than installing a new drive, too! All I had to do was unplug all wires and cables from the old one, plug them into the new one, set up preferences, load printer software, Microsoft 365, the games he likes, and BOOM--all set! I waited a few days before leaving this review to make sure all systems are go. And they sure are!!!
