Superb for liber bloat and uncomfortable stomach &'acid
These are probably the best little tablets one can buy if you suffer from bloat and over production of bile. If you feel uncomfortable after eating then please do your stomach a favour and take this either prior to your meal or directly after. It warms your stomach and really aids digestion by helping to break down fats and in adding ingredients that aid in digesting some of the more fatty and hard to tolerate food groups. I would not be without these. I first took them while in Poland but didn't know you could get them here. I am delighted with this purchase and am so much more comfortable when knowing food will be later than usual. No problem sleeping and no acid reflux after.
